You have to have a clear breakaway, then be hauled down.

In no way would a PS be called on that. Seabrook was even with him. PS are called on plays when he is brought down from behind.

Also he did not have a breakaway at the time of the penalty. Would he have had a breakaway? Yes almost for sure, but that is not how it works. He could have blown by the Hawks guys and toepicked and fell, you can not assume a breakaway.

I'm not assuming, they were both clearly behind.. jeeez.. watch the replay again.. please..

Seabrook was way behind, and Keith was a little behind, but Weiss had way more speed..
