Gotta love Couts' patience. He'd rather wait for the ice to melt under his skates than make a bad pass it seems.

Also, has anyone noticed how good the PP has been since Jagr hasn't been on it?

lol. well said.

He also has that slow patient skating that reminds me of Richards. He seems to just drift around and is usually in the right spot by using his brain to anticipate play, instead of having to get up on his skates to be there.

Yeah. I think the "set up Jagr for a shot from the circle" idea became obvious.

Amen to that. What a stormer. He's been all over the ice tonight. If he's like this in the play-offs he's going to be worth his weight in gold.

It isn't a knock on him, it is just when he's on him and G just want to pass and pass and make perfect plays. Everyone else just throws the puck on net, although they still have a problem of just walking the puck off the friggin boards or behind the net and throwing it on net.

It is why Giroux hasn't been that good lately. He just wants to pass and pass and not shoot anymore.

Huh?

Jagr is usually in the wrong place on the powerplay anyways. It's not his fault that he hasn't been utilized properly.

I don't recall a single powerplay where Jagr was being fed for one timers. That was only in the preseason since then Jagr has been on the left side opposite to where he usually used to camp out.
