An intro video from anywhere?

I'm looking for NHL intro videos (the ones from ice hall screens played when players comes to ice / just before).

The only requirement about quality I have is that it is "full screen" (i.e. not shot with handheld phone camera or so)

edit. Turns out other leagues have these too. You have a good one? Post it.

Thanks for the links! What's weird is that neither of those introduced the players.

Thanks, looks very promising!

edit. Are these from TV? I'm looking what they play in the game. On the ice hall media cube screens.

Avalanche 11-12 versions seems to be here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ozO2...eature=related It's not as good as that 06-07 version, but now you see what kind of videos I'm looking for.

I've been wondering that why NHL doesn't make a DVD of these. Would sell quite a few copies and would cost basically nothing to produce (since it would be nothing but a compilation).

I'd say that's a pretty violent video for a hockey opener, but anyway, it's way better than that Bruins "1) put highlight clips after another 2) add some music there 3) profit"

And yeah, it's ok if you post non-NHL videos here too, I just didn't realize other leagues have these too. Here in Vaasa Sport games they have a video of fire burning in fireplace. Seriously.

FWIW probably my favorite ever was Pittsburgh's in 2007-2008. Unfortunately I can't find a version with the audio anymore - if anyone can find one it'd be appreciated:

The soundtrack was 0:57-2:36 - "Beautiful Day" (U2)
2:37-4:51 - "Clubfoot" (Kasabian)
4:52-end - "Sex Type Thing" (Stone Temple Pilots)

I like the first part and the part with player adjectives. The "going around city" was too long part of off-topic for my taste. But I like it!

Here we go - found it with audio

2007-2008 Home Opener

I kind of liked the "going around the city" in that it shows off Pittsburgh rather well as well as the Pens community relations (players dropping off tickets to season ticket holders and in the community)

Bruins actually had good ones during the '09-'10 playoffs. Here's the Flyers series opener:

This next one is the best opening video I've seen from any team... really trying to put my bias aside too.

In need of some help on locating a video

I remember seeing on Youtube an intro video from NHIC. It's a playoff video from I believe 2008 or 2009. The part that I remember most about it is a shot of Jordan Staal taking a stick to the mouth. I really want to watch it but from what I could find it's been taken off. If anyone can find it please let me know.
Thank you

Look here, it's probably some of the intro videos between the Red Wings/Penguins finals 2009. All of them are in this playlist.
