That's the thing, I've seen various Hawks trade proposal involving pretty decent prospects for role players. Yes, the Hawks do need that physical crease clearing d-man, and another speedy solid checker would help (maybe even a 2nd line center), you have to be really careful with young power forwards. I sit on the fence with deals like this, you just never know.

yeah trading away high potential prospects is risky business and I am glad I am not a GM. I will just stick to NHL12 which I still feel guilty about trading prospects on.

I already posted something on the other thread but would a deal around Plekanec Moen fetch something like Bolland 1st and Bickell or Frolik?

Bolland is equal to Plekanec in the dzone and i like the guy a lot. Bickell is a dump for Moen and the 1st is late 1st so it's to close the gap between Moen and Bickell and Bolland and Plekanec.

Hawks probably dont want to move Bolland given his playoff hero stuff and the fact we are weak at C (Even after trading for Pekanec)

I think Hawks would prefer to send off assets via prospects/picks + Frolik (For cap reasons)

Have trouble seeing Bowman move BOlland given his lockeroom presence + Playoff hero stuff at this time
