I have no idea how Hall is going to play tonight, wear a helmet, initiate contact and take contact like he does more than most players etc. with that massive scar and with his eye being all swelled up, i'm sure that it's not that much more healed than it was 2 days ago.
I don't know about this but i guess if he's ready he's ready, at least the game will be more entertaining with him in it and entertainment is all we have left to cheer for since getting wins is becoming irrelevant apparently, Renney seems to be content with the way the team is playing.

Smyth-Belanger-Jones
Lander-O'Marra/Green-Eager
Those lines aren't bad but damn, we need RNH back badly just to get Horcoff away from the kids and why is Green still here with Belanger back? O'Marra is just fine as a 4th liner, Green is brutal in every aspect of hockey.

Hope this isn't a crappy game. Time for the Oilers to **** or get off the pot. Play a simple dump and chase game. Hopefully Hall isn't pooped out too early in this one.

7-1 for Calgary.

The Oilers totally give up after tonight's game.

Horcoff has a players only meeting after the game and only three Oilers show up.

Two of them get injured on the way into the meeting and are out for six weeks.

Eberle reinjures his knee walking up stairs and Hall bumps his head on a low doorway and reopens his cut and recieves a concussion?

I might actually watch this game.

Sadly I'm in a dry camp and I'll have to watch the entire game sober.

Considering his intangibles, he's worth at least $10M.

Somehow we rarely show up against this garbage Calgary team. Everyone seems to be feasting on them but I expect that we'll float to a 1-4 loss.

- goofy coaching decisions to either not dress the few, the brave on this lineup and/or to simply choke off their oxygen/game time on the bench while Flamers assert themselves on team softy
- kipper will be brilliant camouflaging a lottery team who look & play like Cup contenders against their arch rivals

Ummm, OK ... why? Is there something you guys know that the Oilers medical staff and Taylor Hall don't?

Worst-case scenario, the cut re-opens and they pull him. And he misses a couple more games. It's not like he's playing on one leg or something.

Clearly we should pull him and try to lose.
