That was my first thought. Josi pinches in, Wilson covers Hossa for a second but decides to cheat in, and Hossa is suddenly on the break away for a goal. Just a bad decision from Wilson on that one.

It's ok. We got it back

Looking good guys! Currently finishing my article wrap up for the Miami RedHawks.

I am one of the personnel for the athletic communications here. I write for the hockey team so I am in the press box. It isn't unusual for us to have a scout or two here, maybe a gm (burke is here often) but we had THREE Luckily I kept my cool. Burke is pretty scary in person. Yzerman less so haha. Basically we have seats for NHL peeps and they just happen to be right by my seat in the box.

this is from a post by caley in preds interested in hemsky over on the trade rumors forum:

"On HNIC, Eric Francis suggested Nashville would be the frontrunner looking to get Hemsky and to expect an offer like Jon Blum and a 1st, but that Edmonton might be looking at Ryan Ellis."

please don't tell me this is true *shakes head again*

IF he can stay healthy that would be a pretty good move. Notice I have "if" in caps

Son went to Miami and his top draft pick, Tyler Biggs, plays for the RedHawks. He usually sits two seats down from me. It was really weird to see all three of them there. Maybe they were talking a deal who knows.

Dallas sends a lot of people up to look at Reilly Smith who is leading the NCAA in goals this year.

Hawks fan here. You guys are playing a great game and you read the book on Crawford. Also, your play by play is the best I have seen....getting to see most on Center Ice. I really enjoyed watching your team kick the Hawks ass by listening to them.

Anticipated my question-- if the Cube is out for a few, who should get the callup? Is Blum the best option, with his recent struggles?

Opposing fans usually love our guys because they are about as fair as they can be while stilling having an allegiance to the Preds.

Thanks for the kind words! I've been entertained by the game haha

Hillen in the box even though he got punched in the face? Hmm... I mean, I say let them both off the hook, but if you're going to put Hillen in the box then Shaw has to go, too.
