Temporary update based on Dave Isaac's remarks:

Looks like Rinaldo will practice.

JVR, Jagr and Briere = are all at practice.

Practice about to start.

All-star reps are not there.

Also:
Bobrovsky still has the brown leg pads and has added the brown glove and blocker.
Bryzgalov has ditched the brown Winter Classic pads.

I had hoped Jagr would be ready to go after the week off. I guess he isn't feeling better yet.

^ I think/thought white and orange means contact.

In fact, Dave Isaac has now cleared that info.

Kind of have a hard time believing a concussion, hernia and hip issue have all been resolved in 2 weeks.

I don't think Jvr should be playing yet...

The necessary procedures now instead of jeopardizing his health further. The odds of them winning the cup this year are slim with the current state of the defense and goaltending, so I don't think it will have that much of a negative inpact.

least of all Jagr, and if he does i bet he doesnt last till the second period..

i cant help but think hes done.. it is saddening but you cant stop the age process sadly.

I mentioned in another thread earlier today that the concussed guys were less likely to return as quickly as Jagr/Rinaldo, but I'm sure Holmgren will update after today's session.

i really liked those brown pads .. a lot

and i nearly hate those white pads, it just doesnt fit

Jagr's status will be detemined tomorrow, after the morning skate.

No timetable regarding the two concussed players -- Briere and JVR -- status quo, day-to-day in a sense.

Rinaldo is healthy, up to the coaches as to whether he plays.

They also recalled Sestito, Zolnierczyk, and Holmstrom, so I wouldn't get my hopes up for them playing tomorrow.

“I just want to play every day,” he said. “I just wish that I would be injury-free and I could play every game, but for some reason it doesn’t happen this season. I’m not used to it.

“The last seven years, I didn’t miss one game. Maybe I’m not good to deal with that. Maybe I’m too impatient.”
