Wow what a couple of pages...

Right now London is in control but having only watched games 2 and 3 both teams seem equal to me to be honest. London has gotten in control by capitalizing on dumb penalties from the Spits.

Pavelka has been dynamite possibly even out playing Houser who hasn't seen the quality chances that Pavelka has been seeing. Houser does need to stay in the net though nows not the time to be adventurous.

Right now I hope London can get thru the rest of the series without anymore injuries. Harrington down would put a huge hole in this line up. Tinordi doesn't look quite right and Knight is an important piece.

So far McKegg looks like he's in true Maple Leaf form... invisible in the playoffs. Show a glimmer of effort then go for a sunday skate.

Watson has been full value as well as Cook. The kid line continues their great play.
Not sure why Mark continues to toss Domi out there as much as he is... couple of missed defensive assignments last night that almost led to goals... kid needs to relax take a step back and stop forcing things that aren't there.

lol at the angry Windsor fans.

Every OHL team has to have a down year sometimes. Take your lumps and quit trolling our thread.

I'm really liking the Horvat-Anderson-Tierney line.

Notice how they are out after every goal? These kids are momentum changers. McKegg and Domi need to increase their Give-a-**** level if we are going to have any shot. We shouldn't have to rely on our defacto 4th line to stir the drink.

Thank god for Seth Griffith though.

If our lineup was clicking right now...these games wouldn't even be close. The ONLY thing keeping Windsor in these games is Pavelka. That's fact...read nothing else into it.

re Horvat/Tierney/Anderson

Horvat is gonna be a beast in this league..I don't think I've ever seen a 16 yr old with his strength enter the OHL and I've been following the league for 40yrs. He's 2 years ahead in physical development. Anderson..every time he touches the puck reminds me more and more of a poor man's Rick Nash. He has the same strength on the puck..that elongated reach..just not quite the finish Rick had in his rookie season. Tierney is shaping into a nice utility forward. That line would be a #2 or 3 line on any other team...heck I think some teams it would be the top line.

McKegg?...meh...I didn't like the deal when it was made...that's all I'll say.

Domi...too much sizzle not enough steak right now(Thanks HL11...been waiting to use that one)

I agree full heartedly about Horvat, will be a real handful by the time he is 18,heck he is a problem now, great strength, just think if he had a mean streak
As for Max Domi I have been less impressed, sure does alot of hacking and wacking
Windsor players and coaches say he never shuts up,at least thats what he did in 1st 2 games,he asked McCann to go and then was surprised when Mccann dropped his gloves and started firing
The kid has great skills,he might have to back up his mouth, not because of his name, but because of his approach

Is Domi going to be another $h!t disturber? Is he like that because of his father, or regardless of him?

I'm sure Max is happy it was only McCann that he trash talked. Most others who would have gone would have done a number on him.

I wouldn't be shocked in the least if the Knights are leading by 2 or more with less than 4 on the clock in game 4 if a Spitfire grabs Domi and tunes him in. Call it a hunch

I would rather not see that happen PP31, he might been yappy, but as long as he does not do something stupid I would not bother,I like scraps as much as the next guy but in this case not sure enough hate has built up.This series is not as hateful as the one between kitch.and Owen Sd.

Most players are yappy especially during the playoffs. Domi displays the skill to back up his smack talk. Would be nice to see Domi and Horvat playing on a line together next season. Bo Horvat has the most lethal toe drag in the league.

Which overagers do you think will return to London for next season? McKegg's period in the OHL is over and he will move up to the AHL.

Just off the top of my head I can see Ferry, Hughes and gulp HOUSER (fingers crossed)!! Not to sure what Vladdys status is will it only be his 19 year I know he is a late 92 so I am thinking he will be classified as 19 and not an OA. If that is the case and no Houser back then there will be a trade for sure.

Late birthday's only count with the NHL draft. Any player born in 1992 is an OA next year.

No it wouldn't be a surprise at all. If he wants to continue being "active"
People will be looking him up. I like that hell give it back, he's just gotta
understand these things can escalate. No biggie. Hell have to learn to deal with it.

Can't see Vlady back Regardless of how he does. 1st rounder I think and he's signed so AHL for him.
I gotta
Figure the other 3 u mentioned to start with. Houser is unsigned and will get a pro tryout but he'd have to crack a nhl teams top 4 I'd guess to move on next year.

That wouldn't be too bright of a move and I seriously doubt Boughner would want to see that either. He knows full well how Branch handles players picking on smaller youngins no matter if they yap or not....you could be seriously booted out for long time with these new rules. The Spits cannot risk losing a good player for 20 games next year for something as simple as taking shots at Max Domi....very risky.

Namestnickov will be in AHL next year, no doubt.

Ferry/ Houser/ Hughes locked in IMHO....but trades this summer could change that.

Heres hoping we can get this one tonight.

Scoring a couple early would sure help, as the Spits would then have to open up a bit.
Hitting the net a lil more often would help as well.

any word on who is in net tonight for the spits? I know Pavelka has kept them in this series but with the possibility of it being his last game does Bougner give Cullen the nod?

Ask and ye shall receive!

Welychka clearly doesn't want to get scratched again.

Well the team has had by far the worst schedule in the league and they've had to battle till the very end just to squeeze in the playoffs. Loaded with 16 and 17yo's and really not much quality with the older players. It was the outcome I've expected to be honest. If not for the solid play of Pavelka in the first 3 games then they would have all been like this.

The loss of Khokhlachev is really noticeable.

Was suprised that Harrington even made the trip today, think it might be time to shut him down for the game unless this somehow gets close...

Some folks on other boards wonder ing why knights called the more experienced,I think that the fact there are 9-92 born players and 2 O/A s on Londons 25 man roster whereas on Windsor there are 3-92 born players and 3 over agers, thats a 5 player difference.of course one could say that Flemmington and Martin dont play, while another could say that Cullen does not play either
London has youth and plenty of it,especially up front, but the 92 born players are significantly better then windsor,Knight,Watson,Mckegg,
Tinordi,Houser,Hughes,Namestikov and Ferry as opposed to Czinder,Posa and Braithwaite
