And their D men are mostly defensive specialists. (Staal, Giardi, McDonagh, Sauer)

If Rinaldo gets a fine or suspension for a minor charge, this league is a total joke

In other new Bill Pidto seems to be in a good mood hosting NHL Live with Hradek. I stated before he always seems to look like he hates him. Bill must have gotten laid last night or something.

Rinaldo gets 2 games for charging. Left his feet, past history. I agree with Shanahan's detail in the video. He had the opportunity to lay a huge, legal hit...and decided to launch himself and leave his feet.

When Shanahan talked to him about the slewfoot last week, Rinaldo apparently told him that he did it on purpose out of frustration. So, yeah. He hasn't done himself any favors.

2 NHL sources told me that #bluejackets Rick Nash is on the market. Nash have a no-movement clause and will controle his destiny
I actually think this trade deadline is gonna be exciting. I have a feeling some players we don't expect to be moved will be traded.

Everyone says every year that the trade deadline is going to be boring, but people sit around all day hitting F5 because there is 20 trades or so.

Although it seems each year more happens closer to 3:00. In years past you could see something once an hour between 8-3.

Flyers scouts taking in the San Jose vs Washington game. I wonder who they are looking at? Has to be from San Jose I would think right?

Matt Carle for Douglas Murray???.... Dream on Flyersfan9180 dream on! They probably wouldn't trade for Carle after he was already there probably anyway.

Don't see Doug Wilson taking Carle back. He fell out of favor pretty quick there. Sent him to the minors after signing a contract.

What would happen if Bryzgalov gave up a goal that Braden Holtby gave up?

Tim Panaccio might be the worst "reporter" ever. What he says has been discussed on these boards weeks before he reports it. You would think he would bring things to the for front and then be discussed here.

It drives me insane how people in media get their jobs, I work in politics and it is the same thing, I just do not get it anymore.

Habs blow the lead in the 3rd to lose to Carolina. That's the first time this season Carolina has won a game after trailing after 2.

Canes showed a lot of balls in that one. Very good game to watch.

Yeah that was an enjoyable one. All of Montreal turned into Giroux clones at the end; millions of passes, no shots.

some people would blame Coburn or Mez for the goal

or someone would go on a rant how Lavi needs to be fired with no answer who to replace him with
