In a way, it's amusing that my last image of him as a Colt is looking bewildered on the sidelines after Caldwell called that idiotic timeout against the Jets in the playoffs.
I think it will be one of the "off the radar" teams that swoop in and sign him. I take the much talked about Redskins right out of the equation... I just don't see it happening. I'd love to see him go to a team that has everything but a QB.
50,000 plus pages of evidence against the Saints...
I'm hoping for fines and forfeit of all 2012 draft picks. One thing is for sure, Goodell is gonna hit New Orleans square in the jaw for this; he seems beyond pissed.
Right now I'm saying Miami, although my dark horse is retirement.
Miami just makes so much sense. Warm weather city that he won a Super Bowl in, with an elite WR and a good defense. Stays in the AFC so he can play the Colts once a year (NFL will schedule a Colts game every year because ratings will be through the roof.) Also gets to take the AFC East crown from his rival Tom Brady.
Plus if he brings a Super Bowl to the city, he could become more beloved than Marino.
NFL doesn't pick games. You 16 games are 6 in diviision, 4 from AFC division, 4 from NFC division and 2 equals from the divisions in your conference you don't play.
So for the Giants next year:
Washington x2
Dallas x2
Philly x2
the entire NFC South
the entire AFC North
And the 2 comparison games are Green Bay and SF since they all won their divisions
The reason the Colts played the Pats every year is because they kept winning their divisions
As a Colts fan, this conference is hitting pretty hard right now. Kind of saw it coming from a mile away, but you can't really brace for it actually happening.

the NFL just doesn't schedule random games. the schedule is set. you play your division (6 total), 1 AFC division (4 total), 1 NFC division (4 total) and the teams in the other 2 divisions in your conference that finished in the same place as you (2 total)

Yeah I thought the two extra games was dictated my the NFL. My mistake.
