He was crap, only in that PK where he had his best scoring chance, Iam sorry but he cant keep up to Alfie and Turris playmaking, he doesnt know what to do with the puck when they give it to him, he generally just makes the safe play and dumps it down. Then he got promoted to the first line when The RPG line decided to make him their new punching bag.

I second that emotion. However, Foligno only deserves a top 6 role because we have no other more capable forward. He should be a third liner.

How do you want to increase Butler's market value if he's not playing?

He has to play on the first line to top his value.

Yeah sadly, Butler also really doesn't deserve to be in the top6, the only thing I dont agree on with Maclean... It shows that our team is good on the bottom 6 but we miss 2 good pieces in the top 6 ! It may change next year with Zibanejad and Silfverberg. Until then I pray to god Murray is able to steal Ryan from Anaheim

Should be decently rested for this one, no excuse to come out flat. Score early and score often

Butler is playing first line?

jk,

Maybe Murray wants to showcase him to use at the trade deadline for rentals. Keep in mind Butler has another year on his contract and we have a bunch of guys pushing for spots next year.

Relax guys, McLean isn't going to play both rookies at the same time when the games are this important, especially after a loss. They seem to be alternating games. Makes sense to me.

As for Butler on the top line, that may be where he'll start but if he isn't playing well McLean will move him. The guy can score and tries hard so it's best for him to at least start in a position that works to his strengths...

So stoked, and love these west coast games living in Victoria!

I'm not sure the Sens want that trade-off, though. Neil was smart to deny Parros a fight, and I don't think he should oblige Westgarth.

For **** sake.

It's not always about earning it. It's about juggling things, seeing what clicks.
