His cap hit is 1.2 million dollars. One soft goal in a good performance is excusable, unlike a certain 5.6 million dollar goalie who lets them in routinely.

More like his share in our cap. If his hit was closer to $1 million and the rest could be spent on improving the defense or forwards, then there would be less complaining.

Because his cap hit directly affects the team. If he's not performing up to it, then he's a detriment. That money could be used elsewhere...like bolstering the defense.

Bryz had back to back games where he let in 1 goal and had almost perfect numbers, yet one thread had over 50 posts ******** on his performance and lost track in the other one.

Really hope Sestito is playing. Thought he looked good last game. Not even just physically, he looked like he knew how to handle the puck

what about every year up until now when we had the same problems? it wasnt helping to bolster anything. we put our money there for a reason. our crappy sloppy style **** with his confidence which he's fightin hard to get back and the upside is greater than with bob who still leaves the entire top of the net open. he'll earn it. you watch. flag this post for the future. you can say you told me so when it matters, not in january when were fightin for the top seed in the conference with a bunch of rookies makin nothing.

No starter named though is there ? I don't think Bob will get the Jets again, so my best bet is he goes tonight .

During my daytime nap, (so I can actually get up in the morning due to the games not finishing until 4.30 AM!) had a dream we won 3-1, Sestito scored in a goalmouth scramble, Coots with another snipe and I do not know the other goal scorers!

Lets go flyers!

I was on Sestito in December, and back in pre-season, but I'm glad he's getting another chance. I want him to prove to this organization that we do not need Jody Shelley.

There is no way Shelley is here next year with Sestito waiting in the wings. Talbot/Rinaldo/Sestito is an awesome 4th line when the team is healthy.

I felt bad for him. He tried to impress head coach but was suspended. Wish Sestito or Rinaldo played some PK. Would stay in the league a little longer

P.S Bobrovsky starts? Awesome.

Excited to see Bob tonight. Hope he has a huge game tonight and pulls ahead in the goalie race.

Well you make it sound like we have to wait 2-3 years before we can fully judge Breezy.

Panther injury report:

Kulikov out had knee surgery yesterday. No upshall or Sturm or Madden.
Bergenheim appears to be a healthy scratch.

Backup clemmer in net off a a good previous start and Theo perhaps not 100% yet.

Players dads all at arena.

Enjoy the game and lets have an injury free one.

Cheers.
