I have the exact same issue. Are you right handed? I think that has to be it. I just don't feel confident on all if I go left to stop.

That's not possible. That would mean MAG took a shot and it was on net.

I have a weird feeling we're going to win this game convincingly and commence our second half run to 10th place and the #13 pick (thereby missing out on Grigorenko, Galchenyuk, Gaunce, and Girgensons). 5-2, Sabres.

Gerbe
Ehrhoff
Pominville
Boyes (PP, of course, because he doesn't score at ES)
Hecht

Parise
Elias

Let's not be so quick to dismiss the possibility of this being an errant no look pass.

Anyone else kind of hoping that Pegula is at the game tonight and he starts to develop a mancrush on Parise?

Last time Sabres were in last place in the conference on January 24?

1987, on their way to Pierre Turgeon.

He developed a mancrush on Ehrhoff during the playoffs and he was a Sabres prior to 7/1.

Maybe it was a coincidence.....

And if he drove Darcy to adding Ehrhoff, I don't like that.

Literally going to ice a team with no centers. Faceoffs are strategically surrendered.

Unless they're good, like Ehrhoff and Parise.

Really? I don't want my owner making hockey decisions beyond "Yes, I'm willing to pay that amount for that long for (player)." And can we please stop pretending that Ehrhoff has been good this year. Not one of the major problems =/= playing well.

I don't like it, either.

But, if he's going to do it, I would hope it would be with a guy like Parise.

I don't think the D was the root cause of the loses to date. The team still needs to score goals.

The only way I could get the image to show up full size was to put it in an attachment. And yes, the voice in the video is me, feel free to mock. Also, massive props go to Woodhouse for building the ticket template. It would have been much more MS-Paint-y if I had done it from scratch.
very well done

At the end of the day, I hope we can have the hockey people to tell him to stop doing it.

I know people hate quotes and everything, but Terry did say of Darcy, "I can work with him." Paul Hamilton asked him if he would make Darcy come to him for approval of moves and he said, "Why wouldn't I?" He said he wanted players with good stats, but also "gritty players, winners." He said he would spend to the cap. He said Darcy came to him with a plan to expand the hockey department, but the plan was too "subdued" so he told Darcy to put the pedal to the metal or to floor it or whatever folksy expression he used.

So, yeah, there are a number of indications that Terry could have been and could still be all up in Darcy's GM grill.

Larry Quinn never got involved in the way of pushing Darcy to sign two of the biggest free agents to hit the market in the past two years. Pegula's level of involvement in the signing of Ehrhoff is 100% speculation. I'm not the least bit bothered by the owner wanting to sign guys like Ehrhoff and Parise.

Also, Ehrhoff not playing up to some peoples expectation =/= bad signing.
