Malmö is after Ufa then its back to someplace in Canada, 2016 and 2020 have no host yet though, the rest of the years are Canada or United States.

The events in 2015, ’17, ’19 and ’21 will be held in Canada while the slots in between are reserved for other countries to bring the event to Europe and the United States.

Bob Nicholson basically said what's going to happen is, as long as the World Championships are in Europe, The World Juniors will be in Canada, that's the switch off. Which is fine by both sides since this was negotiated.

I'd guess it'll be a good few years, possibly ten, before Chelyabinsk will host.
