the statues at PNC haven't had any problems have they?

They should have not done the Ralph Kiner hands statue. That's about the dumbest "statue" I've ever seen.

As I'm not from Pittsburgh nor have I ever been to the 'Burgh unfortunately, I didn't even know that PNC Park had statues.

Pittsburgh has more ****ing statues than we know what to do with, and I don't recall ever hearing of one being vandalized. Not to say it doesn't happen, but it's not a huge concern.

This is actually one of the most off-base posts I've ever seen. It's just another way to honour somebody.... it is not worship.

The Ralph Kiner 'statue' looks like a one-off enemy in a Super Mario game.

The first time my Dad and I went to PNC park, he started to cry when he was next to it. He loved Clemente as a kid.

NHL Network is having Mario Lemieux day tomorrow. Starting with the live unveiling, they'll also show a special on the Pens' first two cups, then a replay of the 5 goals 5 ways game.
