You guys are on complete crack if you think it's won't be a big percentage of leaf fans there...

they normally outnumber us at every game.

it's going to be awful guys...i've had nightmares about this.

With all the tickets the NHL got for their own distribution before tickets could even go on sale to the public (about 7,000), the building is going to probably be up to 1/3 full of people who are neither Sens NOR Leafs fans.

It's not the suits that are going to be booing Alfie though. The typical low rent Leaf fans that show up to games and boo Alfie will not be there.

I hope no one is boo'ed. I will be interested to see if there's any reaction to Thomas though. Ottawa is a govt. town.

Ottawa is more down the middle in terms of what party people support now if the game was in a right leaning city such as Calgary Tim would get a standing o but in a left leaning city such as Toronto lots of fans would boo.

Exactly, the frat boys and high-school burnouts that make up "Leafs Nation" in Ottawa won't be able to pull together enough OT shifts at the gas-station they work at on Merivale to be able to spend $250 on a ticket to the game.

The lower bowl is all suits, but their NHL suits and their families. It will be a tame environment.
