very true. i've done it without a mirror but it's hard and i feel like i always miss the smallest spots. if i had a mirror i would def shave in the shower.

Pres. John Tyler's Grandchildren Are Still Alive

Try to do the math on this: John Tyler, born in 1790, became the 10th president of the United States, taking office in 1841 after the death of William Henry Harrison. And two of his grandchildren are still alive!

Of course, not much from Tyler's time is still around. In the year of his birth, President George Washington gave the first State of the Union address and Thomas Jefferson served as his secretary of state.

In Europe, a young upstart 2nd lieutenant named Napoleon Bonaparte was making a name for himself in the French Revolution.

And in the realm of technological innovation, one of the most successful innovators of that age, Harvey Kennedy, invented the shoelace.

In Tyler's life between 1790 and 1862, he fathered 15 children, and two of his grandsons are still living, reports mentalfloss.com.

With 15 children under his belt, Tyler became the most prolific American president, according to his genealogy.

Apparently, one of Tyler's children, Lyon Gardiner Tyler, born in 1853, fathered Lyon Gardiner Tyler Jr. in 1924 as well as Harrison Ruffin Tyler in 1928, as reported by sherwoodforest.org.

Tyler was also the first president to wed while he was in office.
Dude WHAT?

I see it with the Yankees. But I like his game calling though. To each their own.

Interesting read about how the powers-at-be would have broke the news to the public if these two events failed.

Meet a beautiful, intelligent, interesting girl at the bar, after talking for about 30 mins I'm digging her, she is digging me......... Yep she has a boyfriend, and yep said he is a bad boyfriend. I tried for the number a couple more times but she wouldn't budge, which I like, presumably she is faithful. So I guess I wait a bit and facebook her.

She's using you to light a fire under boyfriend's ass. He's not a bad boyfriend like she says, it's just a ploy.

Or she was looking to cheat and relented, and decides not to hence why you don't have her digits.

My dad says he'll mail the razor out with the laptop, but that was two weeks ago and I hate growing a beard so I bought a blade and some shaving cream. First time in my entire life I've shaved with a blade/cream and I ****ing HATE it. HATE HATE HATE IT. I've had to do it twice now and, even though I've only cut myself once each time, I can't wait to get my electric back.

Pros and Cons:

1) There's something about blade on skin that doesn't sit well with me.

2) I can multi-task while I shave with my electric.

3) I can simply flip open the top of the electric and let the hair go into the toilet and flush it down. The blade leaves hair all over the damn sink.

4) The electric gets about as close of a shave as the blade while I never have to worry about cutting myself.

Electric takes this match hands down.

You've never experienced an old style shave in a barber shop with the hot towel and straight edge razor, now that's friggin relaxation right there.

My son is who keeps me honest on shaving. He loves to wrestle but hates it when he touches my scruffy face if I didn't shave for a day. Of course I use it as a weapon against him...muhahahah .

Don't cave, man.

And thank you Con Edison for waking me up at 9:05 with a jackhammer for 40 straight minutes of non stop jackhammering on the sidewalk. I don't have classes on Fridays and was looking forward to sleeping in.
