I believe it's 4 goals last 39 . Stuck under 10 goals fo some time . Had 5-6 first 11 games or so . Let it go , Sather did . He's done as a diff maker in this league .
yea I expect Prust to come back, Biron too. Would be surprised if they left
I dunno about Prust..hope he is back but he will be an ufa for the first time so he might try to get paid. I can see some desperate team offer 1.0-1.8 as an ufa that needs grit and pk work.

he gets brought up cause the options stink, atleast he knows the system. How about Prospal as a bottom 6 and still getting a top 6 winger?

Does that sound better
No thanks. Definitely dont wanna make the team slower unless its someone thats gonna help the offense. Prospal on the bottom 6 is just gonna make the team slower and wont help offensively
Id do that but doubt Kings would. A player like Stoll would be more valuable in the playoffs than Wolski. Zuccarello or a mid prospect would have to be added...
They should consider it. Stoll can be apart of the solution here. This team needs a guy who can give you a chance to win a draw at key points. How many times have we seen goals scored because our centers lost cleanly?
I also hope Phoenix decides to sell and we could nab Whitney. He'd be a great addition to the club
I considered Prospal and Pahlsson before, but the more I'm hearing about Prospal's fall off, the more I'd be a bit afraid. If Slats did it, he'd have to make sure he's not giving up too much.
I don't see Prust wanting to leave NYR. He loves it here. He loves NYC, he loves his teammates, and he loves playing this style. Besides, we're the team that gave him his chance to succeed. He'll get his raise and re-sign here.

prospal -
27 points in the first 34 games of the season
4 points in the last 17 games
This. I love Prospal as much as the next guy, but DO NOT WANT. He's old and his knees just can't tolerate a full 82 game season + playoffs. Just give him a job in our system.

Exactly. IF he gets his raise and sign here. If he wants too much, he IS replaceable. Would prefer not to but you can't spend too much on a 4th liner.
Watching the Bruins...Rangers need more toughness on d that can play...id love Douglas Murray or Theo Peckam, Matt Greene, Kevin Bieksa type...and help on the powerplay another skilled physical forward...Chris Stewart, Dustin Brown type player..
i could definitely see chris stewart happening. he could fill the void as a top 6 left winger (if he switches from right to left and he's a right handed shot so he would be a natural fit on the off wing) and the rangers have an obvious connection with the blues front office.

Huge fan of Stewart, and very surprised how much he's struggled this year. I don't recall him playing LW much, but if he can switch, I'd be very interested in acquiring him as a short and long term solution.
Why the hell would the Blues ever trade Stewart??? You do realize they are having an excellent year, right?
Im saying his type of player...doubt he gets dealt. I don't want Prospal or Carter although id love Foligno Stewart Clifford Clowe players like that. Rangers need more size that uses this. Too bad Brian Boyle is a big soft man.
BTW, Stewart absolutely owned the Rangers when playing for Colorado early last season. God knows if there's one thing Sather loves, it's a guy who burns the Rangers for multiple goal games.
Mark it down, this is as good as done if he's really available.

Rangers need to get bigger. I hope Sather sees that..they need the type to crash the net cause most goals in the playoffs are like that..
