"Jordan Eberle @ebs_14

Getting ready for the skills competition. Little nervous and all I'm doing is passing pucks. Awesome time"

At least he has a sense of humor about it.

It's sad how many people don't care for the all star game.

I think it's a blast. Especially the skills competition.

Yeah, so many people hate on it.

I'm with you though. I actually enjoy pro sports all-star festivities. dunk contest, pro bowl, home run derby, etc... all of it.

Soooo that was all for Ebs tonight? This is a joke. I hope the fans didn't have to pay for this.

I think that fans should vote for a player from their team, the rest of the roster spots will be decided on by the league.

Ebs was making some sick dishes. He also seems to be having a good time, so all good.

I like that. What about the system the NFL uses for their pro bowl. Coaches, Players, Fans all get 33% of the share.

I think fans should vote for 2 players from every team, then the rest get chosen by the players/coaches.

I also think the skills competition should include everyone somehow.

I don't hate the ASG, I just think it could be much better. It could probably be held outdoors too.

It's frustrating when people criticize All Star selections citing fan voting, when only the starting lineup (read: 3 forwards, 2 D and 1 goalie) are voted. The rest IS chosen by the NHL. The only Leaf voted in was Phaneuf.

You have Carl Hagelin in the elimination shootout but not Jordan Eberle.

Carl Hagelin did not take his spot; they needed 1 rookie. Also, I think he was on the other team.

I would say...Suter. Eberle could've done better than Suter

What? You didn't appreciate Price facing backwards in the shootout competition? Great TV...

The whole thing is painful to watch due to the TV group covering the event.
