Yes because back problems and concussions are the same thing.

Savard and Crosby have a lot more in common in the size factor than Crosby has in common with Lemieux.
Lemieux was 6'4 and 215-235 lbs.
Crosby is 5'11 and 205 lbs. You tell me who was better equipped to survive from bad injuries and still manage to muscle his way through big opponents?
Not one single player in the history of the NHL has ever come back from a concussion as severe as Crosby's and played at the same level as pre-concussion.
