It was just announced today and I was busy all afternoon getting the home opener ready

End of the day its all about my Red Bulls, so meh.
I've been watching random games in the office looking for a European team. I did a 10 page paper on Barca last year so they have a soft spot but I don't wanna jump right on their bandwagon
I know a couple of huge Arsenal fans. I deal with no problem. My issue has always been that I have a list of teams I hate and refuse to root for. Just so happens most of them seem to hate Tottenham, so it kinda aligns.
Have no fear. They're on my **** list for sure
Well Arsenal and Tottenham are big rivals. Might be a reason

If I had to pick any Euro team, Barca is my most logical choice. But that's only because they're the one I've followed the longest. I want to say I've been following them to some extent since 05 or 06. Got into them using them in FIFA back then and have kept up to some degree ever since. Don't know though. Guess I can't pull the trigger and really get into it for the same bandwagon reasons.

Yea, I lived their until 3rd grade. When I got to the US, my parents made me go to Polish School on saturdays .
Works out. Looks good on job applications, when you know 2 or 3 different languages (Learned Spanish as my language in school)
I went to Polish school until 5th grade. Those saturday mornings sucked. But now I love it because I wouldn't be able to communicate with most of my family otherwise!

5th ???
Jesus, I went till 11th and took a test on it.
I got College Credits and a Certificate which you can put on your Job/College Application.
I went to Polish school till 5th or 6th grade, left the 2nd week. I mostly learned it within the house, since my parents couldn't speak a single word of English and all we ever did was talk back and forth in Polish. Though I did never learn to write or read it, the only bad part.

Yeah I went in Garfield up until then but we moved away from the area so I didn't feel like waking up early on Saturday mornings for the longer ride to the school. Good excuse for me at the time.

You know that I appreciate your info. I was just kidding. MetroFanatic had the news about the trialists being signed a few days ago so that's why I knew. Not a big deal. You've got better stuff up your sleeve, I'm sure.

I got the full thing.
But mostly, I slept through Polish school. I just learned it at home

How many Poles are on the Devs board?!? Must be 6 or 7 at least.
And same, I learned it at home mainly and when I visited family in Poland.
The news is that I will decide what size polo shirt(s) I'm going to wear at RBA this season
*END SPOILERS*
Bill picked your size already I think

It probably got leaked then. We had a mini state of the organization meeting yesterday and at that time the signings were completed, it was just a matter of making them public.

Ruthven tweeted it.
Arteaga was on goal.com
Angulo was brian lewis-nypost twitter.
Whatever you do, just don't become a supporter of one of the Manchester clubs, Chelsea, or Tottenham.
lol Man U was a non-starter for me, that's the ultimate bandwagon team.
I did want to get into an EPL team though, the USMNT games are too infrequent until World Cup qualifying starts and can't really get into the Red Bulls though I enjoyed the atmosphere when I went last year and their stadium is a nice little place. But with MLS, they're clearly not the best players other than Donovan and some past-their-prime players like Beckham and Henry, plus there's so many foreigners on all the teams it's like what's the point, I might as well root for a foreign team and you get EPL coverage up the rear end between FOX and ESPN. Plus their games are at a good time, I'm always around Saturday and Sunday mornings.
I actually wanted to get into ManCity because they were ManU's direct rival and an upstart, but they have way too much of a mercenary feel. The Arsenal fans here were comparing them to the Devils and after seeing them half a season there are similarities haha. Not the least of which in that neither is ever out of a game, and both are capable of fantastic brain farts on defense. And Wegner's a feisty little character and Van Persie's brilliant. Plus they have a couple of shows on YES which is a bit of a bonus if you're trying to follow an overseas team.
I really have to know the 'entire' starting lineup before I qualify as a real fan though Not to mention knowing who are the actual blood rivalries and whose rivalries are more benign (Devil-Isles like, competitive but not nasty).
