In your most educated guess, which division/team will Burkie make a "major" trade with first?

Don't make something out of nothing.

Major trade could imply a deal that impacts the roster.

Doesn't necessarily mean the acquisition of a top line forward.

St Louis. They will have an abundance of players that want and need more ice time and I think Stewart could be the odd man out. Hes a top 6 forward and with Steen and Mcdonald coming back he very well could be out of the top 6 and unhappy. Then again Berglund could be the odd man out. All in all I gotta believe that St Louis is gunna be moving a top 6 forward to even out their roster

Philly, just cause the JVR rumors seem the most realistic now.

Carolina

They are in need of a shake up, they need to make moves in order to pay Skinner in the near future, and they are a low ticket sales franchise.

How so?

Odds are we will make a trade and people are just throwing darts for entertainment. Who are you to piss on their parade?

My guess is Carolina.

Agreed. Confirmed by dreger that both teams will meet "again" regarding schenn and jvr. Nothing set in stone but obviously the only concrete knowledge of burke actually negotiating with another GM. Anaheim and CBJ are all just media speculation.

Pottential is there with Tampa, however i do not think Stevie Y is one to make a major shake-up.

Hard to say...they always come from left field.
I would say a western conference team though.
