Gomez is SO bad at hockey.

I'm not sure whose downfall is more noteworthy, his or Cheechoo's.

Is Myers trying to hit the top corner of the net or something? Is it that hard to get it on net Myers?!?!?

Sorry but I don't buy Gare's argument that Myers is to blame for that.......

Erhoff went too deep into the zone and Ellis was left covering for him.

And lost in a foot race.

I agree. Hoff is off the wall -- not surprising as he prefers the right side and he's playing on the left tonight -- and Ellis just **** himself out there. Play the body, it's not a play. Skate and it's not a play. But stand there and fish for the puck? Yeah, easy breakaway.... And stop skating on the backcheck and MaxPac has all day on the rebound. What a crumby play.

I like Gerbe-Ennis-Stafford so far. The speed of that line is going to create fits for second pairing defensemen. I also like Staff's willingness to fire it on net tonight.

Good hit by Myers. He looks good tonight I think.

So looking at tonight's line up...... injuries are simply no longer the factor they were at one point......

Back: Miller, Myers, Erhoff, Regehr, Goose, Ennis, Boyes, Gerbe, Leopold....

It looks like Weber is in and MAG isn't.

Adam was already in Montreal, and then there's the AHL break to factor in as well, so maybe he drives down the I-90 tomorrow after travelling home with the team.

Did Rochester hold a practice today? I know scratching him does no good, as he really should be playing somewhere.

I'm really liking this team's game tonight. They are playing hard and making smart hockey plays outside of the Ellis gaf.
