I don't even count this as a loss.

We had the game won, a funny bounce helped the Devils and they won the game via a gimmick.

Still in 1st place by a point. Crappy loss, but still a silver lining, I guess...

We win this game if Hank is in goal. Biron's first goal was garbage, not to mention hanks butterfly has him ready for that last goal off the boards by Clarkson. It is beyond me why they started Biron here and planned to start hank in Buffalo, i don't give a crap about the allstar game

The Devils first and only star should be the boards.

The Devils would have 48 points if there was no shootout. Garbage.

We still showed we're the better team. BS call on Anisimov on the 2nd goal, horribly bad bounce on the 3rd, and all of this with our backup goalie.

At least this wasn't a "no effort" loss. Just a bad luck loss. Play like this tomorrow and we'll get 2 points.

Richards 1g 1a 2pts in the last 9 games

Richards 0 for 6 in the shootout

Richards $12 million dollar salary with a $6.7 million cap hit

Signing? Not a great one thus far.

That said, I knew we would lose this as soon as it went to a SO.

1.) What a cluster**** of luck for the Devils. The ridiculous slashing call, Callahan's giveaway at the blueline, and then the absurdly lucky bounce leading to the goal.

2.) The shootout is a ****ing abomination and makes me cringe every time I have to watch it. Just let the games end in a tie and get rid of it.

3.) That game should absolutely have been a win, but it was one of those nights where fortune was in the Devils' favor. Move on to the next one I guess...

They got a lucky bounce..sure. But those of you complaining about the Rock need to remember a little something about MSG..the MSG bounce.

Biron had a 5 hole the size of Kyle Wellwood on that Kovalchuk shot.
