Did anybody notice the girl in a Rangers jersey that cheered when Marty stopped Gaborik? It was on the Devils' bench reaction shot of it.

It actually happened in our last game, didn't it? The 1-1 game, naturally.

No reason to be upset as a Ranger fan. They got a point, put forth an effort that wins most nights (minus the atrocious PP), and have a fresh starting goaltender for tomorrow night. Too many people are taking the loss to heart when games like this happen all year. There's 82 of them, you can't win them all.

Yep, my proposition has been a 10 minute OT and then a tie. It gives enough time to greatly reduce ties while not tiring teams out. Like Zenith, I've always hated the shootout and let it be known. A shootout win is 2 points though and the Devils are taking advantage of it. The Rangers did the first couple of years too. Not gonna be upset over it because it goes both ways, just a shame that a good game like ended in a shootout.

And I'm another that's asking what's up with Clarkson? Guy almost has 20 goals after an offseason where I read numerous posts here basically trying to ship him off lol

And Madison Square Garden isn't exactly a gleaming example of sports architecture. (Nor does the 400 level smell sanitary.)

And that's where I end it to avoid getting banned on my own thread. k bye.
Should I have placed the symbol? It was a joke bud.

Deboer just did something to Clarkson. Deboer was Clarksons Junior coach, and something just clicked

I also liked the fact that tonight crowd was decisively in the Devils favor, instead of having it split like it usually is for Rags games.

Oh and for the record, I knew we had this one all the way...

When i got in the car to go pick up dinner before the game, the radio was playing Thunderstruck

I should've known it was gonna be a goofy game, they gave me a ****ing fish burrito instead of my chicken and guac.

Clarkie shot 6% last year. He was due for a rebound season in a big way (which I had said basically all offseason while some people were trying to drop him). I didn't think it would be this huge, though

Now if only someone could teach him to pass...

I still say 3 points for a win or OT win, 2 points for a Shootout win, 1 for a OT/Shootout loss, 0 for loss
