Sending Crabb down would be a mistake.

I'd MUCH rather that lineup then

Lombardi - Connolly - Armstrong
Brown - Steckel - Crabb

Warranted or not. Lombardi can't be sent down. Crabb IMO should be. kadris offense is needed

Crabb would have to clear waivers. Not so sure he would make it

I agree Kadri should be here, but Crabb has proven he deserves to be too. I'd sooner trade Lombardi, Armstrong or someone then drop Crabb.

My point, plus the fact that he's played well for us and we'd miss him.

Komisarek was playing okay lately except he cost a goal last week. But I still do not see why he needs to be benched.

I doubt you can trade him though or if you do your going to get a player who has the same contract as Lambo or longer. They paid Franson to dump him. I'm not willing to pay that much. Crabb is a hard worker but I thinks you send him down

Let Kadri come up and play on the 3rd line. Hell trade Crabb for a pick or something to make room. That's doable. Trading Lambo for a pick really isn't IMO

Hey Naz, we're going to play you alongside Lombardi. Better score some goals.

I hope that armstrong can stay healthy. everyon gets down on him, however hes barely played half a season with the leafs in 2 years. how can anyone play to their pottential while battling injuries and jumping in and out of the line-up and practice constantly. I think armstrong is the grit this team desperately needs.

Kadri hasnt been bringing it, and with the resurgence of our second line there is no spot for him. We have been running a top 9 recently however with armstrong back we will get back to playing a top 6 bottom 6and barring trades kadri needs to stay in the minors until burke free's up a spot or trades him.

Same with Aulie, cant believe they have let the kid waste away for this long this season. People can rag on the guy but i mean getting into games that sparingly does not help a players development. Kid has played in 30 games this season with 15 of those being limmited time on the leafs and the other 15 early this season with the marlies. He could have gotten into 45 games with the marlies and played important minutes. People can act like he is useless but the kid has pottential and like ive said hes a kid.

Stop trading and waiving players.

Having a healthy lineup and guys like Kadri and Aulie available if an injury happens is a good thing.

Can Kadri learn how to stay on his feet while he's in the AHL?

Tavares, a guy who had skating issues has become one of the hardest guy to push off the puck... we need work ethic like that.

Trade Kadri right now while he's worth something, this guy is a bust on skates.

THIS. I cant believe this team can preach and preach and preach meritocracy and then send down the most young and impressionable players, when EVERYONE knows theyve earned a spot on merit. How do you build a meritocracy culture when your actions show your future stars that such a culture doesnt exist. Lombardi? Crabb? Mac? What does it say to them? Play like crap and you still stay on the roster?

This franchise is still a joke.

Jesus christ, it's "mediocrity"... look up the definition for "meritocracy".

Komisarek has played well.

This is stupid. Kadri deserves a spot, he isn't always great, but he's better than the AHL and needs a good look at the NHL level.

Mac had a very good game last night, Crabb and Lombardi are both big parts of a much improved PK recently. Kadri had 2 points in his call-up, which means his offensive numbers were worse than everyone you listed and that's his biggest attribute. I'm a big Kadri fan, but he's been up and down recently, so it's tough to say he wasn't deserving of a demotion. Boyce was really the only other option, but that may be a waiver issue going down or he could still be on IR.

Note to self: pick up Lombardi in the last round of next year's fantasy draft. He'll have a banner year.
