Maybe he's just listening to HFboards, who think Plekanec sucks and we should go into next year with a DD, Eller and a rookie tandem.

My bad, I forgot the rules. If he line does well, it's because of Patches or Cole. If the line plays a bad game, it's all Desharnais' fault.
How could you forget that rule ?
Cole and MaxPac are gods who never make mistakes and DD is an AHLer.

Seriously tonight the biggest turnovers of this line were caused by Cole and MaxPac.

I love those 2 players (Cole is my fav Habs) but they aren't perfect.

If they are going to lose, call up Palushaj and give him and Leblanc some serious minutes. I hate seeing Darche or Blunden playing with Eller and Plekanec.

I'm puzzled specifically at how he's using Plek's, especially with Gomez on his wing.

Lets hope they don't listen... this team is better than their record suggest ( especially if you factor in injuries ). The only players I'm willing to trade ( unless someone severely overpays ) is Moen, Gill, Campoli, Kaberle, Gomez ( wishful thinking ).

Starting fresh next year with a couple of key additions ( top 3 draft + off season UFA signing ) will do wonders IMO.

Exactly right. We just need to get rid of some dead weight, make some smart moves at the deadline and during free agency and we'll be back in playoff contention next year.

I want Moen Gill Kostitsyn (only because of the return we could have for him) Plekanec (same reason) Gomez (you know why) gone at the dealine or as soon as next year.

Kostitsyn i'd like to keep him but i guess he will never have the real shot the get a top 6 role on the habs with those two jokes of a coach that we have.

Cunneyworth is not horrible but we need a coach that will kick the ass of our heartless players. Bring in Roy por favor.
1. Even if we were to tank, we only need to draft at #2-5 so we can still be afforded ~10 wins or so. That way we can still get Forsberg or Grigorenko. Worst case scenario, we get Girgensons.

2. Roy is going to cost us big, if we somehow signed Roy, perhaps even more than Subban. Because not only we would want Roy, don't forget the Avs who also have a chance to snag him, let alone the Blue Jackets or the Islanders (if Capuano gets canned at the end of the season and that the Isles somehow decided that a better coach was what they needed)

Gaston Therrien was once a homeless man who used to panhandle outside RDS headquarters.

At the beginning of the season people were saying "Oh don't worry! It's only one bad game!" and now it's "Oh don't worry! It's only one bad season!".

Afterwards, yes. But if you weren't listening from the beginning, you wouldn't have caught it.

Its been that kind of season. The moment the devils made it 3-2, you just knew that the habs were going to find a way to lose, and there was never any doubt about it. The only thing you wonder at that point is whether they can pick up a loser point.
