Does anyone have any fear any longer that this team will not be in the lottery for the top pick? I think it's going to be hard for us to catch one team 13-15 pts ahead of us with 30 games left to go, much less two.

He's better than what we have now, but I don't trust the current GM to pick the right choice for this roster.

My thoughts exactly. Only player out there that shows any jump consistently. He wants to win, the rest of these guys...

So Brass is our new Heart and Soul? Who's taking over the "conscience" duties for Umberger? Prospal?

Maybe not heart and soul but he is playing with the "fire" that he was during his rookie season.

Absolutely. He should be in the lineup AND playing center. I'd have Vermette in the press box.

Agree, just thought it was intriguing. It's all about wins.

Dorsett's been playing like a man possessed since they gave him the "A".

Was talking about Brassard.

I have no problems with Dorse since he stopped taking as many bonehead penalties.

What if they gave him the C. We'd be blinded by the intensity.

Mostly joking but not entirely.

Good to see they didn't score again while I was taking my pizza out of the oven...

Don't know if I could eat a pizza that was already sporting a -2 rating through less than 1 period of play...

It almost makes you hate that he's gonna get traded. Saw Richards benched him for a shift and he came out fired up on that rush.

I really hate it when our play-by-play guys, and even our coaches, talk about having to "match the intensity of the other team." Our goal should be to SURPASS the intensity of the other team and have them try to match US! What loser thinking!
