I was at the game last night and I was considering going to the game in Edmonton but not after the effort last night.
The team needs to play with a better sense of urgency or its going to be a long 2 months trying to figure out what team is going to be on the ice.

The Leafs are very used to being on the outside and fighting their way in.
They are clueless when it comes to maintaining a playoff position.

Bench Lombardi, put Armstrong back in. I'm sick of watching this guy do jack squat game after game after game.

No Morning Skate for the #Leafs in Edmonton tonight. Keith Aulie likely to be inserted into the lineup, expect James Reimer in goal.

Oh god!! I did not realize this!! Now I'm panicking!

Toronto has only six wins in its last 15 games (6-8-1). The Islanders (!) have gained seven points on them in that stretch.
I could have sworn there were more wins but double checked and now I'm scared!!
Need a win bad!!

Yep, peaks and valleys. Not uncommon for a young team.

I'll take peaks and valleys as that is what I expect but shoudl at least even out above .500.
6 wins in 15 games is not enough peaks and way too many valleys! Given another 4 game win streak could fix it but it is a dangerous slope!!

That depends on who you talk to! Some would consider 28-23-6 to be sub-.500.
The goal isn't to be just over .500 it is to be as over .500 as possible and 6 in 15 isn't going to help very much!!

Perhaps this team needs to be out of a playoff spot to start playing some inspired hockey...
Gotta win this one tonight, though. 0 of 10 points is beyond unacceptable.

If I remember correctly, there were about 200 overtime games last season, which means there were 200 games that count as wins, but not losses, and that means 0.500 doesn't quite mean what it did anymore.
Look at the standings - I'd be surprised if more than 6 or 7 teams are actually below .500.

Frattin and Colborne deserve callups. Definately more than Crabb and Lombardi deserve to be playing. Insert the young into the lineup, they are knocking at the door!

Crabb will no longer be a Leaf by next Friday latest, I'd bet on it.

The spoilers will likely end that with a win tonight seeing as every team/player appears to break out of a certain slump against us.
