RIP Brendan Burke; Donate to his cause

2 years ago today Burkie got that phone call no father should ever have to get.

It was only made all the more painful when we knew how special Brendan was and how he was a real life hero.

As a gay sports fan, I can't say how inspirational Brendan was to me in my inner struggle for acceptance.

Seems like a worthy cause and Brendan was definitely very brave. Far too soon for him to pass but it's always so pleasant to see Brian and Leafs Nation supporting this cause even after Brendan's passing.
