Antilla scouting report

Snipped from a article from Mckeens.

A pleasant surprise between the pipes so far has been Edmonton prospect Kristian Antila who was originally signed as a back up Gusten Tornqvist. The big netminder has exhibited surprising agility and a steady positional game, and currently sports a .920 save percentage.

He couldn't before.

As Kevin P. stated though there were other factors playing into that as well.

Wasn't Kristian the goalie with the back problems that made him unable to work out? And didn't he gain a bunch of weight as a result?

My memory isn't that great and I'm too lazy to research this, I'd rather just chuck this out there and see how badly I get flamed.

well, for some reason, i just kinda liked his height and his style (which wasn't overly effective that perticular week) when I saw him at training camp last year.
