I see B's fans over on the main board, and calling up Gresh & Zo, moaning about the fact that Habs fans cheered when Z took a puck to the face. It's a disgrace. What are we all of a sudden, the Miss Manners of the NHL? We who rejoice in the rivalry, we who revel in Ference's middle finger, we who take pride in not whining, we who flaunt "Saints we ain't" avatars, are all of a sudden crying over hurt feelings and "classlessness"?
It's enough seeing my team be out-hit by the so-called smurfs, but even worse is watching my fellow fans become mirror images of the self-righteous, complaining fanbases we like to complain about.
So instead of whining about the Habs fans, you're going to whine about being outhit? Even though being outhit usually means that a)you're playing in the other barn, b) you're possessing the puck more than the other team or c) a combination of both a & b. At least understand why the hits stat last night was what it was.

I'll defend this.
We were OUTHIT last night. The Habs took it to the Bs physically. Nothing to do with anything else OTHER than they were the more physical team. Peverley is now out. We were outmuscled.
