are staying put unless there's a compelling offer to move their first round pick for offense.

Looks like we will be drafting 9th, if my math is right. We want to see how the early part of the draft is going, but we might be looking to move down a few spots in the draft and pick up some extra picks in the 2nd/3rd rounds. Currently we have in the draft.

WPG 1st Round
WPG 2nd Round
WPG 3rd Round
WPG 5th Round
WPG 6th Round
WPG 7th Round

All UFA's are available (D Johnny Oduya, RW Kyle Wellwood, C Jim Slater, LW Tanner Glass, G Chris Mason (need a goalie coming back for Mason)).
Will entertain offers to acquire picks/prospects/young talent for C Nik Antropov (1 more year, 4.2 million), D Ron Hainsey (1 more year, 4.5million), RW Chris Thornburn(2 more years, 1.3 million), RW Eric Fehr (RFA).
Not looking to move any youth/give away any picks, but will listen to pretty much any offer.

(Question though, so real life deadline trades are not going to count right? I am hoping the Jets sell, Welly, Oduya, etc at the deadline for picks, but we can't know what will happen. When I am talking trades here, we acting as if this is June 18th or whenever the draft is, and ignoring deadline right?)

The only deals that affect the draft board are the ones completed before the thread was created and what has been accomplished by other managers. Real-life trades do not apply.

St. Louis would like to acquire a couple of additional early-round picks (top 90) if that can be done without giving up a significant current roster player.

Untouchables: Pietrangelo, both goalies, Perron, Oshie, McDonald, Backes, Steen, Jackman, Polak.

Chris Stewart and Ian Cole may be available in the right deal.

Re: Prospects. Don't even ask about: Tarasenko, Rattie, Schwartz, Hakanpaa. All others will be considered.

Looking to add established NHL top 6 forwards and top 4 defensemen

Prospects like Emerson Etem, Kyle Palmieri, Peter Holland, Sami Vatenen, William Karlsson and Rickard Rakell are available in return for these players.

The Columbus Blue Jackets would like to thank everyone watching back home at the official draft party at the RBar. And would like to thank Mike for putting this together and being a great host.
With the 1st overall selection of selection of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, the Columbus Blue Jackets are pleased to select, right winger for the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League, Nail Yakupov.

The Tampa Bay Lighting own the 7th overall pick, and we are looking to trade down to acquire additional picks. If we don't get an offer soon, we will select where we are at.

I'll take this here instead.

The condition San Jose re-signs at least one of Moen or Huskins while Anaheim signs neither of the two players was converted on July 9 and 10, 2009.

But the Ducks DID sign Bonino, he's on their roster right now....

I think that the Sharks players were to be signed before the Ducks players, I may be wrong but I don't know why it would say it's there if it wasn't converted.

After some research I finally found out about this trade.

***Here are the trade stipulations from nhl.com.

2. In the event San Jose re-signs one or both of Moen or Huskins for the 2009-10 season, then San Jose will also transfer its own fourth-round pick in the 2012 Draft.

4. In the event San Jose and Anaheim each sign one of the above players for the 2009-10 season, then the transfers referenced in 2 and 3 are cancelled out.

Edit: Doh, time to work on my reading-comprehension. Looks like that pick does belong to the Ducks.

No worries, Viking. It appeared as a fairly confusing condition.

Again for the Wild, Josh Harding and Marek Zidlicky are on the block. Especially Zidlicky, who again through the media, is starting to hate the Wild.
