Bored waiting for my pick but I'll ask this question:
Do you think any NHL teams use these hfboards mock drafts as a resource? It seems the vast majority of draft rankings are one person's opinion, but here you have 30 amateur (I guess there's a chance of an NHL scout who posts here but keeps quiet about his occupation) hockey fans, each taking turns selecting a player until you wind up with a draft board.
Now I definitely wouldn't treat it as the bible, but I really don't see 30-fan mock drafts going on anywhere else on the internet. If I'm head scout, I'm at least mailing this mock draft to my other scouts to give them an amateur opinion on how the draft should fall.

Or maybe I'm just delusional
That would be pretty awesome! Scouts taking into our work into consideration! I used to be much more up to date with the draft prospects, unfortunately I've fallen a little bit behind this year, but I will be making up for lost ground in the near future, so my picks are not exactly best player available, but based on organizational needs and knowledge of prospects. (I knew Sissons, per se, was a two-way winger who has already become a leader.) The Nucks are somewhat strong at the wing position, but Sissons could be a key bottom-six guy who can be offensively efficient. I think if we all had a higher degree of knowledge and actually posted in-depth summaries of our drafted players, possibly it could be viewed as a prospect research hub and maybe learn something that scouts have not uncovered. (other scouting reports, videos, newspaper articles) but that stuff is kind of hard to come by, let alone a entire summary worth of information available at our fingertips.
Also, fong p88 has resigned from the draft due to medical reasons, we all wish fong the best at this time.
Which means that TourettesGuy will now assume managing duties of the Florida Panthers.

Thanks, I can't wait to get started!
And I would assume that NHL scouts read HFBoards, it would be cool to see our work into consideration. I personally use HFBoards to my advantage, I started scouting this year, and I learned a lot about other players from other leagues, which really helped me out with not only scouting in the WHL, but for mock drafts like this.
looking to add some draft picks.
Any prospect on http://www.hockeysfuture.com/teams/florida_panthers not named Howden, Huburdeau, Bjgustad, Shore, McFarland, Grimaldi, Wilson, Gudbranson, Robak, Petrovic, Bengsston or Markstrom are available.
