Okay then, take it and run Hes way more valuable in a points league obviously.

Though, in your defence you did forget Cabrera and Beltre.

I find 2B is getting pretty shallow. Like really shallow.

Man looking at how relievers turned out this year, I do this debate AGAIN that I do yearly. Why do I find the need to draft a stud closer with an earlier pick rather than gamble late. There really is no need. Kenley Janssen, Aroldis Chapman, Sean Burnett (closer-by-committee but excellent numbers), Brett Myers, Thayer.. I mean all these guys could have been had very late or for free after the draft.

Just traded Chris Davis (1B, 3B) and Edwin Jackson (SP) for Brett Gardner (OF.)

I think I just commited highway robbery. I just had picked up Davis off waivers yesterday, and he refused to accept Jackson for Gardner straight up before. Yesterday he traded away his starting 3B (A-Rod) and gained Coco Crisp in some 4 for 4 player swap. I jump on it and say something along the lines of "With you getting Crisp you can afford to lose some speed in the OF, and with losing A-Rod, Davis can give you a solid option at 3B." And he bit. Hook line and sinker. The gravy to this is that today Gardner had his MRI and it shows that he is completely healed.

I hate Lincecum! I feel like dropping him. The worst of it is, I didn't even draft him, it autodrafted the first 5-6 rounds in one of my drafts because I couldn't get in.

When R.A. Dickey and Mark Buehrle are your best performing pitchers, you're in trouble. Halladay and Kennedy are killing me right now.

Is Josh Reddick for real, or should I try and sell high?

Also, I've got Ortiz in a keeper league. He's as consistent as they come. Like I said though, it's a keeper league, and he's no spring chicken. I keep wanting to write him off for the next year and trade him while he's still got top value. What do you guys think Ortiz will do next year? Next two? I know it's impossible to tell, but humor me.

Honestly, he hasn't looked as good as his early season explosion. He's actually been considerably worse. The past 10 games his AVG has gone from 345 to 309 (5/36 in that span) with only 3 RBI's during that stretch. Not saying it will continue but he does turn 37 soon so in a keeper league I definitely would consider dealing him.

Nice. Grabbed him in one league yesterday and another today, just by coincidence. Didn't know he signed I just remember hearing before he planned to by early June.

So we're almost 2 months into the season. Who do you feel is the biggest sell high's and who is the biggest buy lows? I think Haren might be one of the biggest buy lows. Hamels might be a great sell high but I duno, since I don't think he will slow down that much. Just his win-loss record.

He's for real. if you can get a good return, though, I'd sell high.

I say you got the better end of that. I'll take Latos/Gallardo over the other two starters every day. Bautista/Cano is pretty even, but I'll give the nod to Bautista (no bias).

Well I've been trying to find a starter and it seems he's only worth a mid-range SP like Cueto, etc. It's a keeper league so I may just ride it out and see what happens. Could end up being a great find.

Id imagine all Lincecum owners are about ready to get rid of him (like I did) by now.

Buy low: Kevin Youkilis, Ben Zobrist, Mike Morse (supposed to be back in a week).

Sell high: Josh Reddick, Edwin Encarnacion, Dayan Viciedo

What do you guys think of this:

One side gets: Uggla, Han Ram, Haren, picks up James Russell
The other side gets: Ryan Zimmermann, Micheal Young, Myers and Kershaw

Who got the better deal?

Young and Zimmerman should both improve statistically and Kershaw is obviously a stud. I'd rather have the guys from "the other side".

I'm actually the one giving up Kershaw I'd agree with Young but Zimmerman had a pretty bad year last year as well so he worries me. I think Dan Haren will turn it around big time (his last 2 starts have been great).

Zimmerman wasn't bad last year, he just missed a decent chunk of time. I also like the fact that Young can be slotted in at 1st, 2nd or 3rd. It depends on your team needs though. I'd assume your pitching is fine aside from Kershaw since you were willing to trade him.

It isn't the greatest (not bad though) but I needed a major shakeup as I'm 9th out of 10. I have Cliff Lee, Oswalt, Romero, Haren, Wandy Rodriguez, Marcum as my starters and Freiri, Casey Jansen, Capps, Clippard and Russel as relievers. Han Ram being 3B and SS eligible is pretty big for my team.

I too like that about Young, it's a big reason why I drafted him.

Here is my team:

C - Arencibia
1B - Texeira
2B - Uggla
3B - Han Ram
SS - Tulo
OF - Hart
OF - BJ Upton
OF - Chris Young
U - Aviles
U - Ibanez
B - Pena
B - Aramis Ramirez
DL - Gardner
DL - Howard

SP - Lee
SP - Haren
RP - Capps
RP - Jansen
P - Freiri
P - Clippard
P - Russell
B - Romero
B - Wandy
B - Oswalt
B - Marcum

I was just offered my Tulowitzki and Romero for his McCutchen and Beltre. Vogelsong is available as a free agent as well, so I'd likely pick him up to replace Romero. Should I pull the trigger? Id slide Ramirez over to SS. Thoughts?
