Shootout rules in KHL

There is some talk of prohibiting spinorama-type goals in the NHL.

The source of the concern being a disregard for the rule wherein the shooter must be in constant forward movement towards the goal-line.

Although there is a special exception in shootout rules for spinoramas, some goaltenders are concerned about how the integrity of shootouts is being compromised via these goals.

Are shootout rules the same in the KHL as they are in the NHL?

Although I'm confident everyone here knows what I'm referring to, the link below leads to YouTube clips of spinorama shootout goals:

this shoot out was not counted by refs, but referee commision of KHL said it was wrong decision and goal should be counted. Simply said, it was regular goal and refs failed.

Quote:

If player makes Spin-O-Rama, refs should consider following:
1.player has to move towards net controling puck
2.if player and puck stop moving towards net, shoot out is finished
3.if there is contract among players and goalie before puck is in net, shoot out is finished. Goal CAN NOT be counted and forward can be penalized (interference I believe)

correct it if I am wrong
