Not sure how I feel about that?

On one hand he seems a bit out of control and irrational and that is no way to handle a situation. On the other he seems caring enough to be demanding a higher standard for his daughter.

Dad, really, the kid just needed to rant, we all do sometimes. Lighten up Dude.

My stepfather was exactly the same. I never disrespected him, but he put the fear of God in me.

Hate the man to this day, but I think I'm a better person because of him.

Yeah I thought that was a little over the top. Someone brought it up in the YouTube comments (an intelligent point there, hard to believe) that the kid is just gonna live out of fear of him now or just become even more rebellious.

I'm all for teaching a kid a lesson but this just seems like too much. Was the shooting the laptop part necessary? lol

She ranted on facebook before and was warned.

Don't air your dirty laundry in public - dad warned you. NOW YOU PAY.

Just imagine how he's going to react after he tells her she can't date Johnny anymore and he finds them making out downstairs on the sofa.

RUN JOHNNY RUN!

that's the reality of it - dad was a volunteer fireman so they'll keep pole work in the family tradition.

what I find funny is the shock and awe at the notion of dad standing up to his daughter's sense of entitlement, as if that's bold and rare. (sadly it is)

ah kids.

I have no problem with that idea. The way he went about it was a bit extreme and almost childish in itself.

I liked it - reminded me of Walter.
