I don't feel good about this one (actually, there are very few games this season I've felt good about). A very young defense, a goalie that has played terribly and a Wild team that will be angry after a beatdown at home by Vancouver spells trouble. Jackets need to get a power play goal or two and for Mase to have a good first period. I'm going to say 4-1 Wild and hope I'm wrong.
Also, Boll's injury means Ready Or Not, Here Comes Johansen. Looking forward to seeing how he does after the extended bench rest.

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!
Edit: not that I WANT it to happen, but that's my prediction with a mad Wild team and a youngster who's going to try to do too much after just getting back in the lineup. Hope I'm wrong, but wouldn't that just be the kicker to this ****-stack of a season?
It will be nice to see Wiz out there tonight, lets just hope he remembers that as a defensemen he actually needs to play defense in his own zone.
If not he better pick up a few points to make up for it...
The Wild were not happy getting beat in Columbus the other night, they will come out to play but honestly they are struggling of late.. It could be a close one depending how well our defense and Mason plays.
Even though the games are irrelevant at this point, I may watch just to find out what wacky occurrence that screws over the Blue Jackets when they play the Wild this time. It's the Wild, so you know something like that is bound to happen.

So on hnic ron maclean said the jackets have never been the same since dougie and gallant were let go. Omg! As long as mason is still with this club we are going to be in the basement in the western conference. Wild 6- 2.
Haven't been watching the games near a PC for various reasons the past few games, such as family in town, but I do like our play as of late in the fact we won 2 of 3 (I think; I'm on vicodin right now for wisdom tooth pain) and we are competitive. I just hope it continues and we are strong out there on the ice. Losses help us secure No. 30, I know, but I still want wins.

They were puffing up the PEI crowd at a Hockey day in Canada event, for some context, but yeah that is a bad.
