Great game winner but he was Moreau'ish brutal tonight.
Would Moreau have won the game in OT? I don't think so. It's not like everyone expects him to be great every game, and we did acknowledge his awful effort tonight. By the same token, we recognize his redemption at the end.

I miss Greg Millen. I know 99.9% of the people hate him, but I have always been a fan. Him and Cuthbert used to be a very good combo IMO.
I get a kick out of Millen, everyone I know hates him but for whatever reason I like the guy.

Shocking revelation for our coaches I'm sure.

I was really happy to see Hallsy pot the winner after he and the first line had a rough game.
Eberle hasn't registered a point in two games! Time to panic!

Yeah I dont think his game was that bad. He also blocked a few shots. I think people forget how young he is sometimes.

Even on Horcoff goal he made a good play to keep the puck in and then went to the front of the net, both Dmen took him and left Horcoff wide open. In the past he probably would have made the play to keep the puck in and then circled back into his own zone.
He also almost scored the winner when he hit iron in the 3rd.
Very good game for him.
Nelson for coach!

Let me get this straight...
We won in OT, against Ottawa, on the road, in an afternoon game?
That's about 4 strikes right there.

Well I'm happy about it. Nice timing. Good to stick it to the senators.

More effort & try in his game than ANY of the vets game to game. 1st line was checked very tight by Sens today. Hall set Gags up with 30 secs left. Anderson got a piece of it. At worst he was average.

Petry has 10 points in his last 18 games.
Playing anywhere from 20:30 to 27:45 and only -1.
The kid deserves a lot of credit.

Yeah he skated the puck out well at least three times I seen today plus his pass to eager was great. He for sure can become a good NHL dman.

Offensively he's quite something. Really rounding into form and looks like an extra forward out there. A rover.
He's been a little high event both ways. Make some bad turnovers too today.
But I like Petry. I think he's only getting better and confidence is showing.

lol at the re-sign Hemsky posts. You have got to be kidding me. Get that kid out of town and let Omark play with Horc and MPS the rest of the year.
