a) Cunneyworth wanted to use Pleks to create a shutdown line and is using Darche in that place. Darche is doing well there.
b) He hasn't played great tonight.
c) Him and Gomez with the revolving door on the LW is a good way to get interesting matchups at home. All of a sudden Bourque/Pac/Cole-Gomez-AK flying against another team's 4th line can create chances, and has, they just haven't cashed any (example, Gomez to Pacioretty in the first when the Carolina d-man broke up the pass). It's interesting strategy from Cunneyworth.
I think tomorrow it's possible to see AK-Eller-Leblanc, or maybe more likely White-Gomez-AK.
