TNT relies to much on RaceBuddy. They slam the race with commercials on the network because if you watch it online it is pretty much commercial free. Sorry guys, but I would rather watch the race on my 47" LED and not my computer screen that is half the size.

Now we have to go from Kyle Petty to Andy Petree

At least Dale Jarrett is somewhat tolerable.

As for ESPN, well Allan Bestwick is good at PxP. Rusty Wallce needs to find another job. He's just plain bad. Mrs Ryan Briscoe is fingernails on the chalkboard, adds nothing to the broadcast, and sounds like she is bored to death being there. Can't stand her. She needs to spend her weekends hanging out with her husband. Dr Punch is OK. Jamie Little isn't bad. Brad Daugherty is OK but really has nothing worthwhile to add.

Edit: Probably the worst thing ESPN does is let Marty Reid near a microphone.

Consolation Prize is that in 2 weeks its the Brickyard 400.

That post race interview is exactly why I find Jimmie Johnson to be extremely dull.

C'mon man, tell us how you feel. PC is so boring.

I don't understand why he was upset. If i recall correctly the last yellow flag was one of them loser cars smoking coming out of the corner and some sort of belt falling off the car.

Stewart is upset over stupid things all the time. The difference is he will say how he feels, most other drivers today say "no comment" or "I'm just going to keep quiet."

The passion that used to be at an all time high in this sport is just not there anymore, and hasn't been for a long time.

The media and corporate sponsors are to blame for most of it.

Regan Smith will be donning a special paint scheme to honour the Aurora, CO shooting victims. Smith's team is based in Colorado, and their shop is 7 miles from where the tragedy happened. Very classy of Smith and his team.

I used to love nascar, got tired of seeing Johnson winning it all and haven't watched in over 3 years.

Nationwide cars need to go back to IRP where they put on a good show. IMS is no place for any nascar vehicles. They don't race well there. The track is too big and they are too slow.

I thought it was funny watching Jimmie try to get his daughter to kiss the bricks.

FOX is way better than ESPN. I'd rather listen to people who know what they are talking about that can provide entertainment value. ESPN is better than they were when they first came back in 07, but not by much. Rusty Wallace is awful, Dr. Jerry Punch was awful as a PBP guy and so is Marty Reid, Nicole Briscoe sucks, and they were so desperate that they hired a BASKETBALL player. Really, ESPN?

He failed a drug test. "Stimulant" is all anyone's saying.

AJ's own press releases make it sound like he doesn't know what it was he took that failed the test, like he was taking a medication that contained something banned and he didn't realize it. Who knows for sure..

He tested positive for amphetamines. Fancy word for "speed", a variation of meth.

We're close to agreement there. I like Larry Mac and respect him (guess I should have said that the first time) because I think he works hard to stay on top of today's technology and be informative. DW and Jeff Hammond think telling 25 year old stories is providing useful information. Neither works to really understand the cars and drivers of today. They beileve fans tune in to see them entertain. Hammond is the absolute worst at thinking it is all about him but DW isn't far behind. Mike Joy isn't as bad as them but he is nothing more than a corporate suck up who can't offer an opinion unless it is to kiss NASCAR's ass. Of course all of them at Fox kiss NASCAR's ass better than any other of the talking heads.

Dr Punch was bad at PxP but he is just fine in the pits.
