Logano and Keselowski won't have to start at the back. But I'd expect penalties, perhaps as soon as Monday.
Apparently the Penske cars figured out how to skew the rear end like the Hendrick cars last year. The new car came with a new set of rules, it is not allowed anymore. Pretty funny considering Keselowski whined about it last year.
