I think this review is a bit of a momentum killer for Columbus. But damn. Good for them. I can't even be upset. They ran a perfect faceoff play.

I wonder if he thought it was pretty much over and wasn't exactly ready... hard to tell.

Looked like the Blues were ready to head to the locker room and the Jackets played it perfect. Ah well, the clock didn't screw Columbus this time.

Well that sucks. Hopefully they just rebound and get back to playing the game, they looked good in the first

That's likely the closest buzzer beater I've ever seen. Wow.

Man, tough one, but it was in.

Shake it off, score bunches in the second.

Yeah what a mood killer but at the same time there's 2 periods left, the best thing to do is move on and make the most of it. Score, win, and that goal won't mean *****!

Looking at Columbus' Franchise history on Hockey Reference...

One playoff appearence in 11 years and they've been over .500 once, when Hitchcock was coaching.

Bad franchise.

Just got home. See my prediction already came true...

....and the closest buzzer beater in history. Ugh

How did we look overall in the first?

Slow in my opinion. Nothing special or upbeat.... we have had some chances and we are "better"... but god I'd hope so...

AND watch everyone to Dr Rick's head.. it bobbles like a panger head award.

A bit sloppy but still much better than the Jackets I think. We had the majority of the best scoring chances so I'm not too worried.
