Didn't get deep with the mine field that was the West, but that's a pretty good progression on a relatively tight budget.

As for winning the Cup with Murray's team, he did manage to dump Fedorov's contract which was fairly huge in allowing them the cap space to get Pronger. And he completely retooled the defense.

Here's Anaheim's D when they faced us in the Finals in 2003: Salei, Ozolinsh, Carney, Vishnevski, Sauer, Havelid

Here's Anaheim's D when they won the Cup in 2007: Niedermayer, Pronger, Beauchemin, O'Donnell, Huskins, DiPenta/Jackman

Yeah I know a few of those too...Tony is not a fan of those types. He had one guy recently ask if Adam Graves was still playing...

A Rangers fan I know started watching hockey after the lockout. He asked us once about Pavel Datsyuk and said "who is that 'Dashik' guy?" We've always thought he was one of the dumbest hockey fans we knew. These new people somehow make him look like a veteran though. Its just sad.

Wyshynski seems to think Dale Hunter will be gone soon:

Greg Wyshynski @wyshynski
Can we just skip the formalities and start calling him "Dale Hunter, London Knights co-owner/president/head coach" again?

Wow, tough indeed. I'm surprised Sean Burke is so high on the list (and that I remembered him at all). It also took me literally more than 10 tries to spell a certain Rangers goalie's last name right.

Haha there was a few I should have gotten but didn't, but I did get Burke. I didn't do great on it at all.

I'll always remember Burke because of the Whalers.

Sean Burke is one of the most underrated goalies of all time.

Well I got the top two right away. Those were easy. The rest was just guessing Atlantic division goalies from the last 20 years. I only got a handful, but I'm satisfied that I got the ones I thought I should know.

I remembered Liut right away, but somehow Burke slipped my mind even though he also played for Jersey.

You gave up too soon. Theodore, Belfour, Roy, Hasek...those are 4 pretty easy ones. Oh and I got 16.

I'm embarrassed how long it took for me to think of Chico. Richter and Weekes were my first two after Brodeur because I gave up trying to spell Vanbiesbrouck a couple times.

And I'm proud to say I remembered Glenn Healy 'cause he was my first (of a grand total of 3 or 4) hockey card.

LOL I usually just do last names, but that's because it was under his first name, not Chico.
