Komi is on the third pairing.

Jonas Siegel @jonasTSN1050

Schenn moves up to play with Phaneuf. Liles with Franson, Gardiner with Komisarek.

I think Holzer deserves at least a chance for once especially if Gunner will only be out for a week or so.

Im happy Komi is playing over Aulie, both arent very good but I think Id take Komi over Aulie.

I'm sorry but your just wrong, it's too bad that Wilson doesn't have the guts to play the younger better player.

Jake Gardiner? I'm getting tired of constantly correcting you but I understand when you want to troll you aren't necessarily be looking at facts first.

What are you talking about the thread was about Aulie, your record speaks for it self, predicting the Leafs would make the playoffs for the last seven Octobers, surely you'll get it right one of these years.

Lying, another common trait.

Then don't bring up Ron Wilson in an Aulie thread.

That's strange, Aulie looked quite good last year? Odd why he would struggle this year; not that he is young and still developing into and NHL defenceman? Todd, you really should just stick with the Brockville Braves rather than spend your quality time here.

Schenn Phaneuf pairing? BRB, putting $100 on the flames to win by 2+ tonight.

Lot of hate for Aulie in this thread, probably a lot of the same posters who wanted Grabovski in the KHL before last season. He's a 22 year old kid who's played all of 55 games in the NHL but some of you have him written off as some sort of a cancer.

Despicable. The WBB is still reeking up our fan base.

No Holzer?

What does he have to do to get a chance? Play more than the 35 minutes a night it seems he plays with the Marlies?

He's an NHL caliber defenseman that they won't give a chance to. Something has to give.

lets go Leafs, we need a west coast sweep. Komi should be fine and is a better option than Aulie at this point.

It's so frustrating how Leafs nation has like 10 times the patience with Komi and Schenn than they do with Aulie.

And I mean that quite literally... Aulie plays about 50 NHL, is barely more than a rookie, but that's enough to determine he's "brutal" and "garbage". Meanwhile Schenn's got like ~300 games and it's all "he's young and still developing!", and Komi has 500 or so but it's cool he's just the whipping boy.

sigh.

Too bad we couldn't have played Aulie instead of Komisarek tonight.

We could have made Calgary jealous of one of the players they lost.

I cringed everytime Komi got near the puck. He tries hard but after watching him live last night he sure looks like he's in WAY over his head.

Aulie is a much better skater than either Komi or Schenn, and has much longer reach than either of them as well. Both traits make him better than either of those guys on the PK for sure, and will likely make him better at even strength once he gets the rookie mistakes out of the way.

He's also a legit fighter who can drop'em with legit heavyweights.

He's much better than Komi already, and is arguably better than Schenn, too.
