I know I've probably mentioned it here a few times, but next week I am finally making the trek out east to watch the Devils play at The Rock. Way overdue, but it's finally happening and I am stoked!
I'd love to meet as many of you guys as possible, so I'll give you all more specific details about where I'll be sitting next week on this thread (and on twitter), but I'll be at the Canucks/Devils game on the 24th and the Lightning/Devils game on the afternoon of the 26th. I'm in the lower bowl (I think over the Zamboni entrance) for the 24th and somewhere in the 230's for the 26th. I've also got tickets for the Devils/NYR game on the 27th and Devils/Bruins game on March 1st, so I'm game for meeting people at booth of those venues as well!
I was also thinking of heading out to a popular hang out after the game on the 26th (Hell's Kitchen is the place I was looking at, but any other good suggestions would be welcomed) for another potential place to meet some of you guys as well.
Can't wait to finally see a Devils game in New Jersey and meet some of you guys! BTW, I'm currently in the midst of the new Top 20 prospect list and I'm hoping it will be released before I leave on the 23rd, but it definitely shouldn't be much longer after that!

Will be at the game on the 26th with my 8 yr old. Being an afternoon game, we'll be out for autographs out back after the game.
Suggestion might be to meet up at the back alley bar on the top level by the top of the escalators and along the windows. It's a usual meet up place for folks on here..beats a crowd at your seats pissing off everyone around you...meet up after the 1st period....
just an idea! Will try to meet up with you...since we're tweeting quite often....
I'll be at the TB game. Flying up for a few days with a buddy.
Wanted to go to the game at the Garden, but the fact that the plane tickets from Tampa to Newark one way are cheaper than sub par Garden seats erases that idea. That, and the fact my buddy told me the last Devils/Rangers game there was one of the most sketchiest vibes he's had in years as a Devils fan there.
Sounds like quite a trip you'll be having! Have fun!
I will be at the Canucks game, and I'm still trying to get tickets to the Lightning game.
Regardless, I've been to all three venues that you plan on visiting, and they're all solid. The Rock is the Rock... It doesn't get much better than the Prudential Center. MSG is run-down in my opinion, nothing special, but definitely unique and worth seeing. TD Garden up in Boston is beautiful too... Not as great as the Rock, but I'd definitely place it at #2 on my list.
Hells is the place to be when it comes to pregame festivities, packed with fans every gamenight. Edison Ale House is also great but a little more pricey due to its location across the street from the arena.
Sounds like pre-game at Hell's Kitchen might be better than post-game. I'll talk to the gf and other friend that is coming along and maybe we'll do pre-game for the 24th and post-game for the 26th, but I'll keep everyone posted! If I did come down to Hells before the game on the 24th, any recommendations on how early to come down? And just out of curiosity, how early do the doors open at The Rock before the game? Is it just an hour before puck drop?

You can make reservations at Hell's and then you're guaranteed seats. Anytime after 5:30 can get crazy in there.
Doors open at least 1.5 hours before puck drop and you'll be able to go down to the glass during warm-ups, just not in the black seats.

Awesome, thanks for the info CJ! Given that the 24th is a Friday night, I was thinking it might be a good idea to maybe make reservations. I can't wait until next week!

You should leave the Girlfriend at home and take me with you. I would appreciate it more!
I for once will try to make Hell's. I will be in section 15 for the game on the 24th. If I don't find you before the game I will try and find you during. Would definitely like to buy you a beer as a thanks for all the great prospect info you provide us.

Thanks, that would be fantastic! I'm going to find out today where exactly I'll be sitting for both games and let everyone here know where I'll be. Just an FYI for everyone too, the new top 20 list should definitely be out sometime next week!
