Oilers Lose 4-3 in OT.
Just a brutally officiated game. We lost one where we deserved the 2 points soo much more, we played a great game. At least were not in a playoff race or I think I would have lost half my head of hair.

That one's on you, Magnus. Either take the shot or make the pass across.

Fun game to watch. Far from the worst loss of the season.

Why is it that these BS games only seem to happen against teams we hate with large, vocal fanbases? Why couldn't it have been against Columbus or something?

Paajarvi had his mind made up at the Oilers blueline. Terrible play.

Why the hell is the GDT locked the second someone scores? Fricking annoying.
As soon as I saw it was Paajarvi on the 3 on 1 I knew it wasn't going to go well. Hemsky looked so open.
Fun game to watch though.

Mods you don't have to close the GDT the millisecond the game ends. Start a PGT or wait until one comes up then lock it. Geez that's annoying.

I'm really not one to blame refs, but it's true. The game was terribly called and we lost even though we out played them for nearly 62 minutes

I'm sad. The loud and proud leaf's fan at the college has been emailing me his insight. Poor guy is actually proud of their win tonight. Their win, which was made possible by the worst reffing I have ever seen.
I think I'll be screening his phone calls tomorrow...I'll forward my phone to voicemail in the morning.

Yep rookie mistake. He telegraphed his play for too long and the pass was way too slow.
Miss em at one end, get em at the other.

That's that whole confidence thing...
