Where did you read that about JJ?

If the Kings are in this thing, I sincerely hope JJ isn't included because he has shown flashes of brilliance and I think with his work ethic he will meet his potential.

Frankly I don't see DL pulling the trigger on Nash based on the price, perhaps on Carter for less.

i think a fair offer to be;

nash
carter

for

komi (dump)
schenn (leads D in hits)
bozak (1.5mil 2years, 35 pts, 45gp)
Holzer (NHL ready D prospect, highly touted) defensive d-man
Kardi or colborne (jacket choice)
1st 2014

and maybe another deal like;

mason

for

Reimer
4th
Not sure if serious......

Lol you arent serious right now....Brass has been one of our best every night. Stoll is terrible on a playoff team. The guy is a cap dump yet hes better than a number 2 center with upside...unbelievable. As for the second part, go look at the player movement thread on our board.

For both Carter and Nash? I don't think you get a discount rate...

Probably more like:

Gardiner
Schenn
Kadri
Kulemin
and a salary dump

Yes, that's your future top-pairing, and two-thirds of a decent second line, for two-thirds of a top-line.

(Gardiner + Kadri for Nash; Schenn + Kulemin for Carter).

No, I don't think Toronto would do it. But that's much closer to the value than the above package.

Doesn't matter. It's ridiculous to even suggest both players get moved to the same team.

gardier is probably untouchable because he is the type of puck mover and skills we covet, and since he is the backbone to the lupul deal i cant see him being on the move

AND would a playoff team really blow up there lines and trade 2 of there top 4 defense.

i would trade 95% of the team before gardier

why is it so ridiculous... they package 2 struggling players to increase what they can get. and in turn save a tonne of money and improve there depth and scoring touch.

Phil kessel
Dion Phaneuf
Reimer
Gardiner
Kadri
1st 2014

Salaries match up perfectly. In this instance you might be looking at a trade that might intersest columbus.

Augh, those points... I would say nothing if you're trading "for 2 players that combined have 60 pts and 13 MIL IN CAP HIT". The Jackets are trading away 2 players who are 5th and 6th in goal scored over the last 5 seasons in the NHL. We're in the 2 different Universes in therm of evaluation.

Haven't read all of the posting from all of Nash threads but what about? Even close?

To Columbus:

JVR
Schenn
Bobrovsky
1st Round 2012

To Philadelphia:

Nash
Tytuin

you are all stuck in nhl 12 thinking, thinking that they will get a kings ransom.. struggling players are struggling players....

what would you guys offer for lupul or michalic; right now? and 2-3 years ago?

just because someone "was" an all-star or really good player doesnt mean they will 100% get better, look to gomez, komiserak....

would you guys give me a 1st and a prospect for komi...

what do you mean hes crap... HE'S AN ALLSTAR@.@

Nash to leafs

Nash has submitted a list to the Blue Jackets and the Leafs are on there, so here goes.....

To Leafs:
Nash
Mason

To Columbus:
MacArthur
Schenn
Kadri
Gustavsson/Rynnas/Scrivens
1st 2012
2nd 2013

Columbus will never get a better offer than this. In my opinion anyway.

Not a CBJ fan, but the response will be: Tytuin is not available.

Take out Schenn and Tytuin and its probably close. I think a 2nd is sufficient for the Flyers, or maybe a 2nd from Columbus with the 1st.

JVR, BOB, 1st for Nash, 2nd or JVR, BOB, 2nd, for Nash.

Vanek+Sekera+2nd
For

thats insane.... kessel alone has more points than both those players...
dion is getting points to...

maybe

dion
riemer
connolly(cap reason)
macarthur
replace gardier with schenn
1st

and that would be for

mason
nash
carter

It's gonna be funny when he actually gets traded and the return for him is significantly lower than is being proposed and speculated around here.

What are you talking about? JJ does not have a no movement clause. He can be traded at any time to any team.
