So, I haven't been watching the games lately, but it seems like it's not going too well. What's the biggest problem with this team? Goaltending? Lack of chemistry? Allowing too much shots? Something else?

Goaltending is one of the biggest, but yes, all of the above.
There is some good news. Three of the rookies have shown marked improvement in spite of those struggles: Lindholm, Wagner, and Etem. Holland is still finding ways to score, even though the first line is a bit of a mess.

A few changes today. Clark, Caputi and Parent (among others) are scratches. Pelley gets his debut.

Clark is a bit of a surprise. Is Schaus in?

Andersen gets a consecutive start. Maybe he'll gather momentum from this.

There is a noticeable difference when Etem and Wagner set foot on the ice. They should move Palmieri to that line.

Got pie. No goals against. I'm doubly grateful.

Good pressure by the top line, but no chances came of it.

The hell, are we killing a penalty? Why are they terrible all of a sudden?

Woot! There you go, crash the net. Kurtz visits the heart of darkness in the crease and gets rewarded.

A brief goal interlude and then back to giving chance after chance to the Whales. The Whale. Whatever. And then they score.
Can't blame Andersen in this game, he's made a ton of point-blank saves.
