Lol I remember you calling me out a while back about not knowing about the game until I informed you I'd been playing all my life. Westgarth and the enforcer role are both useless.

Against a goalie. But you need to choose wisely for your first fight...

Care to elaborate? I don't see how what I said warrants such a response. Heavyweights aren't designed to enact justice on wrongdoers unless he himself is a heavyweight. How is that disputable? I didn't say player justice is dead, just that it is no longer the job of the heavyweight. He is only there for momentum through a cordial fight with another heavyweight at some point throughout the game.

Playing shinny or beer league doesn't count. Try playing in a real league and get into a fight before you claim to be an expert at it. There's a reason it's still in the game no matter how much these media types and fans that have never played the game lobby for it. And that's because the players know that it DOES belong.

Have you played in the NHL? I'm assuming not.

The enforcer role is useless in the NHL.

I don't think Hanzal's head shot on Richards was intentional. He's not that kind of player. A lot of times that happens when you've got a taller player against a shorter one. Hanzal could've really put a hurt'in on Richards in that fight if we wanted to, be he obviously held back.

Exactly. They basically bow to each other before their staged fights.

I've explained this before a while back. Just because a heavyweight isn't actually on the ice or fighting for that mater, doesn't mean he has no effect on the game. When the players on the opposite team are going over the line up sheet before the game and they notice the tough guy isn't dressed, they breathe a little easier knowing they don;t have to worry as much about getting pounded. Not that the heavy would ever go after him, but it still just makes them that much more comfortable knowing he isn't dressed. Trust me on this one. Sorry I was snarky but it bothers me to read those types of posts.

Williams should have three goals in this game by now. Great chances wasted.

Watching Dwight King skate is like watching the game in slow motion.

Again as much as it probably makes you want to scream, the role is steadily being streamed out of the NHL. I'm sure you'll enjoy UFC once it's gone. And you always seem to think you have more knowledge than people who have played the game just as much and probably better than yourself. I've seen you call out numerous posters on here about that. Must be a pretty high view from the horse your on.
